I am so excited for everything that I have to share with you all today! Starting with this colorful, modern geometric wedding inspiration, this is the first of 3 posts today that will showcase images from a photography workshop I co-hosted with 3 other wedding bloggers in Las Vegas this past March- The Experience. I teamed up with my friends Megan of Glamour and Grace, Stephanie from Fab You Bliss, and Christie of Mountainside Bride to provide a day full of learning, discussions, inspiration, and photography for photographers from all over the world. We, along with photographers Justin DeMutiis, Kristin La Voie, and Kristen Weaver, sat down with photographers to chat about getting published, and what editors look for. Each editor created their own inspiration tablescape for the photographers to photograph, showcasing each publication’s unique style.
My inspiration for this table started with a modern style and a bright, fun color palette of yellow, pink, aqua, and peach (thanks to some inspirational Pinterest finds). A geometric theme of circles and triangles was incorporated in all aspects of the table- from the placemats and china, to the table number and floral vessels. And with beautiful florals by Layers of Lovely, an amazing speciality linen from Over the Top, and lots of help from Juliet of Green Orchid Events, I created this colorful and modern geometric inspiration for you all!

As I’m sure you can tell, all of the images above from the photographers that attended The Experience. I just love how everyone has a different perspective on photographing details! Be sure to come back throughout the day to see images from the workshop sessions out in the desert- they are stunning!
Oh, and you MUST head over to Glamour & Grace, Mountainside Bride, and Fab You Bliss to see the tables that they created! They are absolutely GORGEOUS and so full of inspiration!
So what do you all think of this modern, geometric inspiration? I would love to know if any of you are planning on using shapes in your own wedding- I absolutely LOVE a good geometric theme!
